Portfolio & Administration Team
This team’s focus is portfolio governance, project management, business services, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), anti-money laundering (AML) and invoicing and receivables.
The team plays a pivotal role in overseeing the project portfolio related to prioritization, portfolio policy and delivery governance. Project management execute the largest initiatives according to the policies. Business services run support, logistics, business operations and partner services. GRC is ensuring regulatory adherence and risk management. AML and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT) ensures that our financial services are not misused. Invoicing and receivables run invoicing, compensations and follow up the related infrastructure.
